PLANTATION (Community Service)

Hello Beautiful People! hope you all are having a good one today. By my previous blogs now you came to know that I am the student of English Works Program which is a big blessing itself. In the program we had so many splendid activities in which we are learning extraordinary lessons for our life.

I am a proud Pakistani. And this is the month of August. So it means that our Independence Day is coming. As any other nation in the world we also want to celebrate that day heartfully. This time we have our Independence Day during this program but unfortunately due to Eid-Ul-Adha leaves we have to celebrate some time prior. And this time our management of  EWP wanted to celebrate it in not the conventional way but in a way in which we can payback something to our community so we decided to do it through Plantation because our country just need it very badly because of the massive deforestation in all over the country.

So this time today on August 07 2019, Instead of celebrating in the conventional way of buying flags, badges, and so many useless things we spent our money to buy  plants and other gardening stuff. We have gone to Memon Federation Sports Complex which is just opposite to our EWP center. We had spent approx one and a half hour there for plantation activity and believe me I feel very proud on that moment that I really had done something for my own country which will stays there for some time and will help other people to breath  safe and healthy .

My Reflection On Beach Clean-Up Activity (Community Service)

Hey beautiful people! Hope you are doing great. As you all know me by my previous blogs I am Fsaih-Ur-Rehman the student of English Works Program. Which is a blessing itself. In this program we have so many activities lined up waiting for us and we had already done this one which is called Beach Clean-up activity which was held on April 13, 2019 at Clifton beach near Chunky Monkey amusement park. Before briefing about that activity I want to divert your attention towards that what is Community Service and why we should do it? As you all know in this modern era of technology we all live in a form of community and we all are inter-dependent on each other in some or more ways. So as individual we grow ourselves and automatically our community grow along with us, and when community grows we grow ourselves. It like vice versa! First as individual we built our community and then the whole community built us. Community gives us our basic needs, our way of living, our medium of ...
